Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in events organized by The Vishw Kurmi Foundation (“VKF”). By registering for or participating in our events, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from attending or participating.

1. Participation

1.1 Events are open to members of the Kurmi community and individuals interested in supporting the mission of unity and development within the Kurmi caste.

1.2 Participants must provide accurate information during registration and are responsible for notifying VKF of any changes.

1.3 VKF reserves the right to deny participation to individuals who do not adhere to these terms or engage in behavior contrary to VKF’s mission.

2. Event Conduct

2.1 Participants are expected to maintain decorum and respect towards others during events.

2.2 Harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that disrupts the event will not be tolerated.

2.3 VKF reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct without prior notice.

3. Registration and Fees

3.1 Certain events may require prior registration and payment of fees.

3.2 Fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

3.3 Registration is not transferable without prior written approval from VKF.

4. Use of Media

4.1 VKF may capture photographs, videos, or other media during events for promotional purposes.

4.2 By participating, you consent to VKF’s use of such media for its mission without compensation.

5. Liability

5.1 VKF is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury occurring during events.

5.2 Participants attend events at their own risk and are encouraged to take necessary precautions.

6. Changes and Cancellations

6.1 VKF reserves the right to modify or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.

6.2 Participants will be notified of any changes as early as possible.

7. Privacy

7.1 VKF values your privacy and will use your personal information solely for event management and communication purposes.

7.2 Personal data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Any disputes arising from these terms or participation in VKF events shall be resolved amicably.

8.2 In case of unresolved disputes, the decision of VKF’s governing body will be final and binding.

9. Amendments

9.1 VKF reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

9.2 Updated terms will be communicated via official channels and apply to all future events.
